Been gone for four weeks six year old is about police missing former Tucson Arizona home since April 21.
And but new details in the case may point to the suspect.
It's -- there this week.
Police released multi 911 calls from the morning Isabel vanished.
After rushing back from work.
Her mother gets on the phone -- 911 thing.
And does not protect pack your -- and my head -- I went to work in the morning and better.
Haven't -- that Amy.
-- Isabel is father Sergio.
Also speaks to an operator put heat is come.
Wanna reporting missing person my little girl of the pictures all that believe that that people -- helped.
She's been subject and it doesn't know it.
He's honed his casual.
Never anxious and -- at one point he even lamps.
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Jason go new revelations.
Child Protective Services reportedly visited this -- -- home in December and -- undisclosed circumstances.
This comes a week after CBS fans Sergio.
From having any contact with his other kids to boys ages fourteen and ten.
So what is really going on inside the family's home.
Paul Birmingham is a news director for seven night began -- -- in Tucson Arizona.
All right -- what is the latest.
The latest is a candlelight vigil was held last night near -- -- -- home.
Attended by hundreds of people including friends as well as Becky so -- Is -- Bell's mother she defended her husband said what a great father he is.
How much she loves -- -- -- how much she loves his two boys.
And essentially was pretty defensive when it comes to talking about her husband's Sergio.
Well and of course the -- we know that he is no longer allowed in the home he is no longer allowed near the boys.
But what we're also hearing are anonymous unconfirmed reports poll.
That -- had left a message on the wall in her closet.
What do you tell us about that.
That's right we started hearing about this on Thursday.
The claim is essentially that there was some sort of writing perhaps a message from Isa -- It's unclear exactly where this originated.
There were some statements by Sergio in one of the interviews that he provided where he talks about the fact that there was.
Writing and crayons and her words and essentially that she was everywhere in the house but as for -- -- That message in particular police were passed directly about it they said they had no knowledge at least the public information officer had no knowledge and even if they did.
That's not something they would be able to disclose.
What you're right in the public information officer wouldn't but it's kind of curious that a rumor like that got started.
-- -- -- It is indeed and again it's unclear exactly where this may have emerged weather was a family friend somebody close to the investigation who wanted to get this out there.
Essentially see what the follow could be so.
We'll just have to wait and see if when police provide another briefing on Monday.
If at that time there were willing to discuss that.
And and Paul final question you're in the community what do you think happened -- -- Nonsense judge is -- aside from the fact that this is an abduction I am with the police -- that I do not believe she wandered away alone.
I also believe that there may be some other crime at the heart of this -- the nexus whether it could be some sort of abuse.
Some sort of trafficking whether dark comics or human smuggling I believe that there is something else going on here.
That the police are probably about 90% true old but they don't want to reveal anything.
Until they are 100% and are able to make something stick and when you say trafficking Paul what why do you say that.
Well our proximity to the border we've in less than an hour you could be in Mexico completely different country where there are an entirely different set of rules it's a total game changer.
The border a number of places they could cross whether it be.
Legally or illegally and that's just my sense of having lived in the community my entire life.
All right Paul thanks so much for being with us this evening.
And to our panel doctor Michael Baden forensic pathologist Fox News contributor mark -- former LAPD homicide detective Fox News contributor.
Joey Jackson former prosecutor and now criminal defense attorney.
All right guys you heard that 911 call.
And that -- you hear the father laughing how does that hit you.
Well -- the whole -- hits me that is not an outside stranger.
That in order to climb in through windows opposing -- is a screen that's been knocked out.
The individual has to know the interior of the house know what dogs or animals or around.
And it sounds very much like at some kind of an inside job are right and mark what about the 911 call.
You know when you just when you hear the call.
I've never heard a parent or a -- -- never use the word abducted.
In my entire police career.
The media has say educated people about it seems that when there's a situation gets out of hand and it's not really what the intended now they rely on.
Some of the things that they can make people believe in abductions of children seems to be one of -- Popular I had to let you know what a couple of things first of -- as to the town I think everyone reacts differently -- need to look I think that -- but that's not have quite tell but honestly some people are just hyper they're stressed out -- people more calm and I don't think we can usually -- -- -- -- -- he's the master but listen I don't think we should hang our hat on that specific -- Maybe we're not we're just starting until it.
Let me ask you -- every -- fathers say a missing child told my wife to get her bought home.
And start laughing I think that that's just not know it's a nervous reaction okay let's say it's -- okay.
Mom -- now says my husband's a great father last night we know.
Five months ago CBS was there investigated somebody in that family over the children.
They told him he's got to leave the house he couldn't even go to the big -- because one of the songs was there.
And they can't -- contact -- old songs what does that tell you.
It tells you first that there's obviously something going on with the police and prior actions in that household.
That would keep the father who -- -- the newspapers say is that opera sinker.
Away from the children it isn't that he's a drug dealer apparently this I'm going on that as it relates to the kids right that -- put the kids in danger right right.
But we don't know what kind of prior acts or something to do this investigation that they they don't.
You know they were there five -- before the adoption.
They word victory we -- we also have Susan Powell and and that husband who probably killed that woman no doubt different.
Kill both of his children -- the house and fire that happened between that five months and now.
So I think CPS is a little bit on guard and that's one thing but the other thing is as I never -- CPS.
Take children away from a natural parent that wasn't -- suspect.
That's a fair point I think one of two things judges ICE did this some type of hi this some type of neglect or abuse going on or in the alternative they're protecting him and protecting the children because may be somebody -- harm to him so as a result of that if you get him away from the scenario that it could -- -- And they just -- -- mark I'm not sure it did there there could be it.
Many things going on here could be coaching the kids could be influencing the kids it could be manipulating their statements when they're interviewed by the police.
It could be convincing them that something didn't happen or something did happen I mean this goes on quite a bit.
Mark I've got a lot of material witnesses in homicide cases where kids are pointing the finger at apparent.
And you get the kids away from the parent as a parent knows -- -- got that lets you are right now bombed what it what do we know about these parents by the way.
Well the record says that there's what there's a little bit of substance abuse going on in the -- -- there's some traffic problems they've had some brushes with the -- with with dogs and it went this is kind of -- usual -- which is really funny because.
You've got to be a problem person and neighborhood before somebody complained about it -- this that much effort can't.
But there is a prior arrest.
Of her mother four -- driving under the influence with the child in the vehicle.
She's she's got a drinking problem and she's got a repeated drinking problem and things went away and then shares driving problem -- -- can't drive.
And drink then he had the same problems and so we don't know exactly why the police were called in to the house so but also some was going on the -- -- And I think that they may be an issue here that social services of the police could have done something five months ago.
That would have prevented what's going on now so that they might be.
Some kind of defensive actions -- anything.
Very interesting all right doctor Bob market Joey stay -- outs now they.
